LINE refused this app's registration.

In practice this nearly always means the LINE Developers Console does not match the app that is running: a missing or wrong package name, a signing certificate whose SHA-1 is not registered, a bundle ID mismatch on iOS, or a channel that has not been published. It is a configuration problem, not a runtime one — the same build fails every time.
