isLineAppInstalled

Whether the LINE app is installed on this device, asked with an explicit Context.

The shared LineLogin.isLineAppInstalled answers the same question on every target without a Context. This overload is for apps that strip androidx.startup.InitializationProvider, and for callers that already hold a Context and would rather not suspend.

Needs no <queries> entry: the LINE SDK's own manifest already declares jp.naver.line.android for Android 11+ package visibility.
