The label for the locale the app is currently running in.

This is NaverLoginButton's default label, so it is evaluated on every recomposition of every button. of splits the tag and allocates while doing it, so the result is remembered against the tag rather than recomputed — the locale is still read each time, so a locale change still moves the label.
