Disconnects the user's NAVER account from this application: revokes the grant with NAVER and drops the local tokens.

This is what an account-deletion flow needs, and what NAVER expects an app to call when a user leaves. It reaches the network, so it can fail — and when it does, the connection is still listed on the user's NAVER security page.
