Whether the NAVER app is installed on this device, asked with an explicit Context.

The shared NaverLogin.isNaverAppInstalled answers the same question on both platforms without a Context. This overload is for apps that strip androidx.startup.InitializationProvider, and for callers that already hold a Context and would rather not suspend.

Needs no <queries> entry: NAVER's own manifest already declares com.nhn.android.search for Android 11+ package visibility.
